I took a couple of photos from my iPhone and they apparently do not have the metadata included in them. Just Google your iPhone model and HFOV and you should be able to find it. Basically, it’s anywhere from 52 to 56. Type that in and it will automatically fill in the Focal length. Most people should not see this dialog at all hopefully.
Once the images are aligned, you can click on the View button to see the final product.

The results in my test were very good and better than both the programs mentioned above. There were less artifacts and the final color of the image was better too. However, you have to be working with a very good set of images in order to get good results with ICE.
